This Privacy Policy describes how Designer App ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Android and iOS applications and related services.

Summary
- We collect basic account information you provide (e.g., name, email/phone).
- We store your design projects, images, and related metadata to deliver the core features.
- On Android, if you enable "Missed Call Auto-Reply", the App listens for phone state to detect missed/rejected calls and sends a text message (SMS) from your device. This feature is off by default and can be disabled at any time.
- We do not sell your data. We do not upload your call logs or SMS content to our servers.
Information We Collect
Account Information
- Identifiers you provide: name, email address and/or phone number.
- Authentication credentials (e.g., hashed password) or OTP verification.
- API keys or session tokens to authenticate with our backend.
Profile & Business Information
- Optional profile fields and images you choose to upload.
- Optional business profile fields (e.g., logo, profile image, contact links, products).
Designs and Content
- Templates you browse and use, exported assets, and your saved projects.
- Images you import and any on-device processing results (e.g., background removal). Some features send images to our backend for processing; we retain only what’s needed to deliver the feature.
Device & Usage Information
- Basic device info (model, OS version) and app version for diagnostics.
- Network information required to connect to our service.
- Crash and performance logs (non-sensitive) to improve stability.
Android Auto SMS (Missed Call Auto-Reply)
- This feature is optional and OFF by default. When enabled by you:
- The App listens for call state (ringing, answered, ended) to determine missed or rejected calls.
- The App sends an SMS reply from your device to the caller with the message you configure.
- On some devices, to reliably identify the last missed number, the App may request access to READ_CALL_LOG. This is only used to detect the last missed call number and is not uploaded.
- Messages are sent via your carrier; standard SMS charges may apply.
- We do not access your contacts, and we do not upload call logs or SMS content to our servers.
How We Use Information
- Provide and improve the App’s features (design editor, templates, account management).
- Authenticate users, personalize the experience, and store your preferences.
- Operate the Auto SMS feature on Android if you enable it.
- Monitor reliability, detect and fix bugs, and protect against abuse.
Data Sharing
- We do not sell personal data.
- We may share data with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf (e.g., image processing, analytics), bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
- We may disclose information to comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our users.
Data Storage & Security
- We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data in transit and at rest.
- Access to production systems is restricted and audited.
- You are responsible for securing your device, SIM, and app access.
Your Choices & Controls
- You can access and update account and profile information within the App.
- You can disable the Auto SMS feature at any time in Preferences.
- You can request account deletion or data export by contacting support.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us to remove it.
International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than where you reside. We implement safeguards as required by applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
